AI Settings
Connect a Google Gemini API key to power AI plan and recipe generation. Your key stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
Reminders
Get a notification for weigh-in and strength check-in reminders instead of only seeing them as a banner when you open the app. These only fire while a tab is open — closing the app fully still means you won't hear from it (that needs the mobile app, not this browser).
Export your data
Download everything — profile, plan, logs, ratings, and settings — as a JSON file you can keep as a backup or move to another browser.
Import your data
Restore from a FuelIQ export file. This overwrites your current data in this browser with whatever's in the file.
Google Drive backup
Back up or restore your data to your own Google Drive. Your data is stored in your Drive, not on our servers. You can optionally protect it with a passphrase that never leaves this browser.
Google Drive sync is not configured for this build. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID to enable it.
Clear all data
Permanently deletes your profile, plan, weight/strength logs, ratings, AI key, and subscription state from this browser. This cannot be undone — export a backup first if you're not sure.
